Tarlatan, is a light open cotton fabric, very primed (like starched) which makes it stiff and malleable. It is very popular for various uses, from table decoration to hat decoration.

This fabric is not washable, otherwise it loses its characteristics, it can be hand washed and it can be ironed to flatten it.
