How long does it take to prepare the packages?
In 90% of cases, orders are prepared within 48h/72h. They may sometimes be prepared within a longer timeframe, in certain specific cases.
What is the unit of sale for the products?
Generally, unless stated otherwise, all our fabrics are sold by the linear meter, meaning you will receive the quantity ordered in meters.
The width of the fabrics is indicated in the fabric information.
We sell some products by roll or by piece, which is always specified on the product page.
Colors and patterns?
Capturing the look of a fabric in a photo is not always easy, but we strive to provide the best possible result.
Regarding colors:
We take particular care with the quality of the photos provided; however, please understand that depending on your screen settings, the appearance of the product may vary.
Regarding patterns:
We indicate the size of the patterns on the product, either through a photo or in the description.
I received my order, but there is a mistake, what should I do?
Unfortunately, despite all our efforts to avoid these issues, it may happen. In this case, please contact us for urgent reshipment or a full refund.
My product does not please me?
We offer you the option to return the products that do not suit you within 30 days.
However, we encourage you to first contact us via email to find a solution to the problem.
If we cannot find a solution, your order will be refunded once we receive the products, with the return shipping costs being at your expense. You will then be refunded via the payment method used during your order.
The product I ordered is out of stock, what happens?
In this particular case, we will contact you. Three options are available:
- Sending a similar product
- Refunding the missing product,
- Cancelling the order and refunding.
You will then be refunded via the payment method used during your order.
