A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER
Despite daily stock management, it may be that an item is out of stock when the order is prepared, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us indicating the time to replenish it and offering you :
a) waiting until receipt of the item at our premises
b) replacement by a similar item in another color
c) immediate refund of the original item
In the case of a second shipment, the shipping costs will obviously be at our expense.
MY PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME?
We suggest that you return any products that do not suit you at your expense within 30 days.
