Concerned about privacy protection, Etissus handles all information about its customers with the strictest confidentiality. During the purchasing process, only the necessary information for quality processing and careful order tracking is requested.
No personal data will be shared with other companies and/or third parties, and access to our customer database is secured using a unique login and encrypted password. The data is stored on a dedicated, protected server located in Grenoble (PHPnet) and is never extracted from it.
Etissus never has access to customers' banking data.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Law of January 6, 1978, all our customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.

If you left a review on Etissus.com services on the certified review site we use, certain data is retained by this provider (see https://revi.io/en/privacy).
These data are not used for commercial purposes and can be deleted at any time upon request from Etissus.com or from the revi site.

Regarding cookies, they store certain information that is saved in the memory of the connecting device.

COOKIE DELETION
To completely delete cookies from your browser, follow these steps:

On Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0
To open Internet Explorer, click Start, then Internet Explorer. Click the Security button, then click Delete browsing history.
Check the box next to Cookies.
Check the Keep website data box if you don't want to delete cookies and files associated with websites in your Favorites list.
Click Delete.
On Mozilla Firefox
At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, hover over the History menu, and select Clear Recent History.
In the Time range to clear dropdown, select Everything. Click the arrow next to Details to see what is included in the history.
Check the Cookies box and make sure the items you want to keep are not selected.
Click Clear Now to delete all cookies and close the "Clear Recent History" window.
On Safari
Choose Safari -> Preferences.
Click on Security.
Click Show Cookies.
Select the cookies you want and click Remove or Remove All.
After deleting cookies, click Done. In Opera, click "Menu" at the top of the browser window and select "Settings."
Then click "Preferences," then select the "Advanced" tab.
Finally, select the "Accept cookies" option.
