What are the delivery methods?

In chronopost, you are delivered:

  • Home
  • at a nearby relay point in the event of absence during delivery.

How long for the preparation of the packages?

In 90% of the orders are prepared within 48h / 72h. They can possibly be prepared within a longer period, in certain special cases.

What is the sales unit of the products?

In general, unless otherwise stated, all our fabrics are sold by the linear meter, that is to say that you will receive the quantity ordered in meters.

The width of the fabrics is indicated in the fabric info

We sell certain products by the roll or by the piece, so it is always specified on the product sheet.

Colors and patterns?

Making the appearance of a fabric by photo is not always easy, we strive to offer the best result

Concerning the colors:

We pay particular attention to the quality of the photos offered, however, it should be understood that depending on your screen setting, the appearance of the product may vary.

Regarding the reasons:

We indicate the size of the patterns on the product, either by a photo or in the description.

I received my order there is an error, what should I do?

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to avoid these setbacks, it can happen. In this case, please contact us for an urgent return or a full refund.

My product does not appeal to me?

We suggest that you return the products that do not suit you within 30 days.

However, we invite you first of all to contact us by email to find a solution to the problem.

If despite everything we cannot find a solution, your order will be refunded to you after receipt of the products, the postage costs of returning the products being at your expense. You will then be refunded via the payment method used when ordering.

The ordered product is no longer in stock, what happens?

In this particular case, we will contact you. Three choices are possible:

Sending a similar product

Refund of the missing product,

cancellation of the order and refund.

You will then be refunded via the payment method used when placing your order.
