A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER
Despite daily stock management, it is possible that an item may be out of stock when preparing the order. You will automatically receive an email from us informing you of the restocking time for this item and offering you the following options:
a) Wait until the item is received in our warehouse
b) Replace it with a similar item in another color
c) Immediate refund of the initial item
In the case of a second shipment, the shipping costs will, of course, be at our expense.
